Data Deletion Instructions

OptiCrux AI Labs LLP respects your right to request deletion of personal data associated with the OptiCrux websites, OptiCrux AI Command Center, WhatsApp integrations, and related Services.

How to request deletion

Send an email to info@opticrux.com with the subject:

Data Deletion Request

Include only the information needed to locate the relevant data:

• your full name;
• your email address and telephone or WhatsApp number associated with the service;
• the business or organization name associated with the account;
• a brief description of the service, conversation, or account concerned; and
• whether you are requesting deletion of specific data or closure and deletion of an entire account.

Do not email passwords, one-time codes, access tokens, identity-document numbers, or payment-card information.

Verification and processing

We may request reasonable information to verify your identity, authority, and relationship to the relevant account. If the data is controlled by an OptiCrux client organization, we may refer the request to that organization or obtain its instructions before taking action.

After verification, we will:

1. acknowledge the request and, where appropriate, provide a reference number;
2. identify data covered by the verified request;
3. delete or de-identify eligible data from active systems; and
4. confirm completion or explain any lawful reason that prevents or limits deletion.

We normally complete verified requests within 30 days. Complex requests or requests involving a client-controlled workspace may require additional time, in which case we will provide an update where required by applicable law.

Information we may retain

We may retain limited information where necessary to comply with law, maintain financial or audit records, protect security, prevent fraud, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, or establish legal claims. Residual copies may remain in encrypted backups until the backups rotate under our normal retention cycle. Retained information will remain protected and will not be used for unrelated purposes.

Disconnecting Meta or WhatsApp access

You may remove an authorized business integration through your applicable Meta Business settings. Removing an integration prevents future authorized access but may not automatically delete information previously processed by OptiCrux. To request deletion of previously processed information, follow the email procedure above.

Deleting messages or an account from WhatsApp, Facebook, or another third-party service is governed by that provider’s own procedures and privacy policy.
